Aneeta Mishra helps injured workers recover far better value than prevalent for their work-related injuries, even in the most challenging workers' compensation claims. She also handles a specific set of employment law claims—namely, sexual harassment; wage-and-hour violation; and workplace discrimination, including workers' compensation discrimination.
Aneeta trained in law at Western State College of Law in Fullerton, Orange County, where she graduated cum laude; served as Editor of the Law Review; recognized for outstanding academic achievement, earning a spot on the Dean’s Honor Roll; and received a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Negotiations.
Before that, she earned two bachelor's degrees—a BS in Biology and a BA in Political Science—from University of California, Irvine. There, she also co-authored The Rate of Terminal Nucleotide Loss from a Telomere of the Mosquito Anopheles Gambiae, which was published in the Insect Molecular Biology Journal.
She sharpened her legal skills while defending various well-reputed insurance companies and employers against workers’ compensation claims, which gave her valuable insight into legal defenses to workers’ compensation claims. During that experience, she started as an in-house counsel to Liberty Mutual, then ended as a partner at a leading law firm in Orange County.
Today, she draws on this experience to help injured workers fight for the compensation they deserve. For over a decade, Aneeta has continued to help clients secure full compensation for their work-related injuries, consistently maximizing the recoverable value and exceeding clients expectations.
Aneeta is licensed to practice law in California.
